Agency Staff

We are looking for people with experience in working with Children and Young people and their families/carers in Dorset. Much of the work revolves around Looked after Children, Young people in supported housing, Foster Carers, Care leavers, residential children's homes and children/young people who have been referred via social services for support. Even if you don't have experience but have good transferable skills, we would love to talk to you as we can arrange the required training.

Above all , Do you have a passion for working with children and young people, to make a difference to their lives and future. You will be able to establish a rapport and build respectful, trusting, honest and supportive relationships and have Confidence to identify and deal with challenging situations

You could be working in a variety of placements or have longer term assignments.

Hours are totally flexible and hourly rate will depend on qualifications and experience. The roles will be predominantly in the Dorchester and Weymouth area, although we do cover the Dorset Council area.
